The challenge

The challenge is to start from a Reolivar Tierra board of dimensions 60x40x1,5cm, seeking to make the most of the material so that the pieces fit together without the need for fittings.

The solution

Frutero Studio, the design studio formed by Abian Torres and Sebastián Dris, respond to our proposal to create a stool with Reolivar Tierra with this elegant and efficient design. The panel is CNC milled and the stool has been exhibited in Luxembourg as part of the Remix Ecodesign collective’s exhibition as the winner of the Ars Electronica 2021 Start’s Prize.
