It is no coincidence that global trends have spotted a worldwide preference for lighter, brighter, happier colours in this post-pandemic period. Coined as Dopamine Colours, this neon and fluorescent colour palette stimulates the brain’s pleasure centers through the release of the dopamine – The Happiness Molecule.
By fusing a sense of joy and happiness through colours with olive leaf-inspired Re-Olivar Air elements, this collaborative installation aims to remind us of the importance of mental health, nature and sustainability.
This collaborative installation by Naifactory_lab and Casa Alta Design is not just a visual feast for the eyes, but a statement on the power of design to engage and lift our spirits with hope.
*It has had its debut at the Centro de Artesanya de Catalunya within the exhibition “From Waste to Design”.
