Context

The Agenda 2030 Commissioner of the Barcelona City Council needed a sustainable institutional gift for the II Jornadas de la Agenda 2030.

Challenge

Design an object representative of the city that symbolizes the values of innovation and sustainability.

The solution

We created a contemporary reinterpretation of the Panot de Flor, an icon of the city, transformed into a sustainable paperweight made with Reolivar® biomaterial.
Each piece was handcrafted and packaged with compostable materials.

Value generated

A symbolic and sustainable gift that reinforces the city’s commitment to responsible design and circularity.

This olive bone panot is the seed we have sown for each of the participants to reflect and share with their environment the concept of biomaterials as a transformative solution.
